This equipment is for automobile shock absorber piston rod valve nut tightening and riveting and design of special equipment. The equipment is divided into two parts: tightening station and riveting station. The touch screen controller is used to operate, set, and tighten the equipment. The tightening machine is used to tighten the nut with a preset torque, and then it is manually transferred to the riveting station. The riveting head is driven by hydraulic force to riveting the end of the connecting rod to prevent the nut from loosening. When riveting, the detection system detects and determines the riveting state through the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor, and alarms the parameters and the workpiece that exceeds the difference.
