This equipment is designed for automobile shock absorber assembly with small spring. The equipment is a vertical three- column structure, mainly composed of a frame, a positioning system, a press-fit system, and an electronic control system. The
frame is made of steel and welded. The main components are installed on the body workbench, and servo motors are used to
match the ball screw supply. The power is press-fitted. The electronic control system of this equipment adopts a touch screen
controller to cooperate with a pressure sensor to detect the spring pressure and force value during assembly, and alarm the
workpiece with the force value exceeding the difference. This equipment can be used for high-volume, high-quality continuous
production without special training for operators.
